No headway in hawker's death case.

KASUR -- The Phoolnagar police received on Thursday the autopsy report of hawker Saeed Qaisar whose body was found hang at a rice mills in Phoolnagar one week back. Earlier, the death was taken as a suicide case.

According to the police, initial report stated the death occurred due to strangulation or suffocation. The police also said chemical examination of the samples of the victim would uncover the cause of death.

There was no suicide note at the scene.In the light the circumstances surrounding the death, the police intervened and forced the family for autopsy. Earlier, the family was ready to bury the body without legal formalities, considering the incidentas will of God.

The police have yet to receive any application for legal action. The Phoolnagar police, on April 30, found the body at the rice mills warehouse of a local noted political figure. He had been missing since April 29. Qaisar had been working as hawker for the last three decades.
