No driver sans licence to be allowed to use motorway.
TOBA TEK SINGH -- National Highways and Motorways Police (NH and MP) authorities have decided that no driver will be allowed to use motorways without having a valid driving licence and violators' vehicles will be impounded at toll plazas.
This was announced by NH and MP Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) and M-4 Sector Commander Chaudhry Atta Muhammad Gujjar while addressing NHA policemen on Saturday.
