New Zealand's Sophie Devine smashes fastest T20 hundred in women's cricket.

KARACHI -- New Zealand women's team captain Sophie Devine smashed the fastest century in women's T20 history in a domestic match for Wellington Blaze.

The 31-year-old reached her hundred in just 36 balls, beating the record held by West Indies' Deandra Dottin, who made a 38-ball century in 2010.

In her unbeaten 38-ball 108, she struck nine sixes and nine fours as Wellington chased 129 in 8.4 overs to thrash Otago Sparks by 10 wickets in the Super Smash in Dunedin.
