'New districts, tehsils in south Punjab to be made on merit'.
LAHORE -- Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has said decisions about making new districts and tehsils in south Punjab will be made on administrative grounds and for the purpose distribution of population and financial resources would be studied minutely.
The chief minister said during a meeting with irrigation minister Mohsin Leghari at his office on Wednesday.
'The decision about new districts and tehsils will be made on merit and no locality will be ignored,' the chief minister added.
