Negotiations with opposition will yield positive results soon: Khattak.

ISLAMABAD -- Defense Minister Pervez Khan Khattak has said that government has begun negotiations with the opposition and it will soon yield positive results.

ParvezKhattak, who is also heading the committee negotiating with opposition, stated that the core committee has given him the responsibility to negotiate with all opposition parties.

While talking to media, he said that all parties who are part of the protest will be contacted. ParvezKhattak further said that the members of the committee will be decided by this evening. "The purpose of committee is to figure out agenda of opposition."

Pervez Khattak also said that if the demands of opposition are legitimate, government would listen to them.
