Nawaz Sharif's platelets count continues to fluctuate.

ISLAMABAD -- The medical board at Lahore's Services Hospital on Tuesday holds examination of under-treatment former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif as his platelets count has continued to fluctuate.

According to details, the doctors have not yet decided on transfusing more mega kits into the former PM.

Dr Mehmood Ayyaz, in an informal talk to media, said steroids and injections administered to Nawaz to raise platelet count have created more problems for him as his kidneys are being affected. Reports said that platelets of Nawaz Sharif have been recorded at 28,000 and angiography is not possible due to fluctuation in platelets count.

On October 21, Nawaz Sharif was rushed to the hospital after his platelets dropped to a dangerously low level with his doctors raising alarming concerns.
