Nation's eyes set on Supreme Court: Rashid.

RAWALPINDI -- Former Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad on Thursday while rebuking the government said that the top brass is focused towards ending the cases and filing fake cases of terrorism against the opposition as it was a master plan to bring Shehbaz Shairf into power in place of the PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif and the nation has eyes set on the Supreme Court.

Taking to Twitter, Sheikh Rashid said that the government has again increased the prices of petrol and diesel by Rs24 and Rs60 respectively. He added that the PM rejected the summary to increase the price of petrol yesterday, just to fool the public so that they may not rush to the pumps and the very next day people woke up to another bad news.

Talking about the awaited decision of the Supreme Court regarding the PTI long march, the Interior Minister said the nation has eyes set on the apex court.

'If the matter is to be taken on the streets to decide, then it could turn out to be anything within the span of 45 days,' he said.

In another tweet Sheikh Rashid said that the DG ISPR has dragged him in the NSC Communique attempting to re-open the matter.
