NA Speaker welcomes Qatri govt initiative to educate one million Pakistani children.

Islamabad -- Ambassador of State of Qatar Sheikh Saoud Bin Abdulraham Al-Thane calls on Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervaiz Ashraf in Parliament house today. During meeting, Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervaiz welcomed initiative of Qatri government to support Pakistan for educating one million Pakistani children. He said that Pakistan and Qatar are intertwined in shared traditions and values. He said that Pakistan values high its ties with Qatar. He also said that Pakistan is a land of vast opportunities and he sought enhanced cooperation in business and trade by Qatri business man and traders.

Speaker Raja Pervaiz also extended strong commitment to enhance Parliamentary cooperation between both countries. While welcoming Qatri Ambassador Remarks regarding enhancing cooperation with new government, he said that Pakistan and Qatar would continue to work for regional prosperity and development.
