Murder of freedom.

THIS refers to the report 'Man who filmed foreign hunters found tortured to death at farmhouse' (Nov 4). Whether his family will get justice and his murderers will be punished is yet to be seen. But why he was killed is, and should be, a matter of great concern for everyone.

He committed three crimes - he used his right to speak, he called for the protection of endangered species, and he stood against the mighty clutches of feudalism. These are, indeed, serious crimes for which he had to pay with his life.
