Mob beats robber who shot youth over resistance.

KARACHI -- Enraged people attempted to lynch a suspected robber after he shot at and wounded a citizen in Orangi Town on Wednesday evening.

Area SHO Waqar Awan said two armed motorcyclists snatched a cell phone from a man near Noorani Park and rode away. However, the robbery victim, identified as Daniyal, along with his friend, Abdul Latif, 22, chased the fleeing suspects and managed to grab one of them near Qasba Colony.
