Missing mute girl found with torture marks.
LAHORE -- A mute and hearing-impaired teenage girl, who was kidnapped from Gujarpura on Monday, was recovered from Batapur with torture marks on her body, police claimed on Tuesday.
The girl's family claimed that she was raped and demanded action against her kidnappers. Police lodged a case and sent the girl to hospital for medical examination.
Sharing initial details, a police official claimed that the 13-year-old girl had gone missing on Monday while she was playing outside her house near Kot Khawaja Saeed. After failing to find her, the family reported the matter to police.
