Minor boy found strangled at rooftop of house.

BAHAWALPUR -- A minor boy was found strangled on the rooftop of his house in Kausar Colony here on Tuesday.

According to Rescue 1122, a team on a call visited the house of Arshad and found his son Abdullah (12) dead. They said the boy allegedly strangled himself. The rescuers shifted the body to emergency ward of Bahawal Victoria Hospital (BVH) where doctors pronounced him dead.

When contacted, Civil Lines Station House Officer Ghulam Rasool Bhatti said the body was shifted for postmortem examination. Further investigation is under way.
