Minister reiterates resolve to ensure transparency in int'l aid projects.

ISLAMABAD -- Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has said a Special Project Cell will be established at the Ministry of Planning to take full advantage of international aid for flood victims.

Chairing a review meeting on the implementation of decisions made in Geneva Conference here in Islamabad on Thursday, he said aid for Pakistan has reached 10.9 billion dollars.
