'Militant' killed, another held in North Waziristan.

NORTH WAZIRISTAN -- A key militant commander was killed and another involved in suicide attacks against security forces was arrested during intelligence-based operations (IBOs) carried out by security forces in the district on Sunday, officials said.

They said security forces also recovered a motorcycle with 20 kilogrammes of explosives.
