Metro and Star Farm join hands to address youth unemployment.

In a bid to address the issue of unemployment in Pakistan, METRO Pakistan and Star Farm led a training programme in collaboration with PSDF and Generation to train youth holding intermediate degrees and looking for jobs. The first batch of Retail Sales Associates training programme graduation ceremony took place recently at METRO Pakistan's Head office in Lahore.

Most of the candidates lack basic skills for the jobs they apply or do not have the understanding of how to prepare and pass the interview. This lack of knowledge and less focus towards the root cause of unemployment has never been addressed before.
