Mercury falls to 8.3AdegC in city.

KARACHI -- The cold wave, which has gripped Karachi and other parts of the province, is likely to intensify and the city's temperature may drop to 6-8 degrees Celsius on Tuesday (today), the Met department said in an advisory released on Monday.

The minimum temperature recorded in the metropolis on Monday was 8.3AdegC, the advisory said, adding that the cold wave is likely to continue till Thursday.

Temperature in Karachi as well as Hyderabad, Thatta, Sujawal and Badin may drop to 6AdegC.
