Meesha's plea dismissed.

LAHORE -- A sessions court on Monday dismissed petitions of singer Meesha Shafi and another challenging an order of a judicial magistrate summoning them through submission of bail bonds in a criminal case registered under the cybercrime law by actor-singer Ali Zafar.

The judge observed that the trial court issued due process for procuring the attendance of the petitioners but they did not surrender before it.

The judge further noted that the record showed that neither the petitioners appeared before the trial court nor were they indicted.
