Medics seek action against lawmaker over torture.

PESHAWAR -- The Provincial Doctors Association, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has condemned MPA Bilawal Afridi for allegedly torturing staff of Covid-19 ward at the Hayatabad Medical Complex, and asked the government to take action against him.

Mr Afridi along with his goons tortured the staff on duty and broke the front desk of the isolation ward at the Hayatabad Medical Complex late on Friday night, a press release issued by the doctors' body, said.
