AT a time when number of Covid-19 cases and deaths from it are increasing dramatically and the conditions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa hospitals are worsening, Khyber Medical University (KMU) has taken the critical decision to hold the final year MBBS supplementary examinations right after Eidul Fitr.

Students, in these circumstances, have been suffering from fear and anxiety as they will be required to leave their homes, use public transport to commute from one city to another and stay for nearly a month in hostels in their colleges or hospitals.

By doing so they may end up getting infected with the virus.
