Martyred Ghulam Rasool Dar had trained thousands of Kashmiri mujahideen militarily and ideologically: Syed Salahuddin.

MUZAFFARABAD -- Hizbul Mujahideen Chief and United Jihad Council Chairman Syed Salahuddin Ahmed has said that martyred Ghulam Rasool Dar had trained thousands of Kashmiri mujahideen militarily and ideologically. He said that martyred Ghulam Rasool Dar and his aides while following the path of bravery and while telling the method of resistance against the enemy gave priority to forever life on temporary life.

While addressing the ceremony held on the 17th martyrdom anniversary of martyred Ghulam Rasool Dar, Syed Salahuddin Ahmed said that Ghulam Rasool Dar aka Ghazi Naseeruddin was martyred by Indian forces on 16th January 2004 along with two other commanders Abbas Rahi and Abid Hussain. He was performing the responsibilities of Hizb Operational Chief at that time.

Syed Salahuddin said that all these leaders had trained thousands of Kashmiris militarily and ideologically prior to their martyrdom, adding that this is the result of their training that instead of very short number the Kashmiri mujahideen are fighting for freedom and...
