Man shot dead by 'neighbours' over trifle.

LAHORE -- A young man was allegedly shot dead after a brawl with some neighbours in Harbanspura here on Wednesday.

A resident of Kotli Ghasi in Harbanspura, Irfan, 22, was working as caretaker of animals at the residence of Muhammad Saleem of the same area.

On Wednesday morning, four armed men on two motorcycles intercepted him outside his workplace. They shot at and injured him critically and fled from the scene, leaving him in a pool of blood, a police official said, adding that Irfan was rushed to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
