TAXILA -- A man was sentenced to 20 years in prison for sexually assaulting a boy last year. A fine of Rs200,000 was also imposed on him.
Additional Sessions Judge Mirza Shahid Baig awarded the sentence to Mohammad Babar after the prosecution proved charges against them. Investigation Officer Sub-Inspector Mohammad Kosar said as per the first information report (FIR), on July 9, 2021, the accused took a mentally-challenged boy to a house in Kamalpur Musa and sexually assaulted him.
