Man's head, face shaved over 'honour' issue.
KASUR -- The Kanganpur police, on Tuesday, registered a case against 22 people, including 11 nominated, for shaving the head, mustaches, eyebrows and beard of a man and posting the footage of the incident online.
The police came to know about the incident through a video footage which went viral online.
According to complainant Muhammad Iqbal who works at a tandoor, suspects Arshad, Saleem, Sajid, Kashi, Arshad, Liaqat, Munir, Nadeem, Bashir, Ilyas, Inyat and 11 unidentified people beat him on Oct 26 when he was retuning home from work.
He alleged they shaved his head, mostaches, eyebrows and beard and made video of the incident on a mobile phone. He said Saleem accused him of pestering his sister. The police arrested Saleem.
