Man kills brother-in-law, injures two others.

LAHORE -- A man killed his brother-in-law and injured two others after his wife refused to reconcile with him in Mustafabad on Sunday.

Police said the suspect, Tayyab, had developed some dispute with his wife who left him and started living with her parents.

Tayyab went to his in-laws' to bring his estranged wife back but she refused to reconcile with him. He exchanged harsh words with his in-laws over the issue. He pulled out his gun and opened fire at his brothers-in-law, Hassan, 27, Haseeb and Hasnain, and injured them.

The suspect tried to flee but the locals nabbed him and handed him over to police.

The injured were shifted to hospital where Hassan succumbed to his injuries while both of his brothers were stated to be in stable condition.

Police shifted the body to morgue for autopsy and registered a murder case against Tayyab.
