Man jailed for 14 years.

KARACHI -- A gender-based violence court has awarded 14-year imprisonment to an accused for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old boy in October last year.

Syed Inayat was found guilty of sexually molesting a student in the 'B' Area within the jurisdiction of Liaquatabad police station on Oct 25, 2021.

Additional District and Sessions Judge (Central) Zabiha Khattak pronounced her verdict after recording evidence and final arguments from both sides.

'This type of crime should be dealt with iron hands,' she added.

The judge ruled that the prosecution had successfully established the case beyond a shadow of a doubt against the accused.
