NAROWAL -- District and Sessions Judge Syed Ali Imran on Tuesday handed down death sentence along with fine to a man who had killed a youth over a trifle.

In July 2021, there was a dispute between Najaf Ali aka Shehanshah and Usman Ali, a resident of Abbas Nagar. Najaf Ali shot Usman Ali dead over some indiscreet remark. On the complaint of widow Parveen Bibi, the mother of Usman Ali, City Narowal police registered a case against Najaf Ali.
