Man confesses to killing sister for honour.

BUNER -- The murder of a 19-year old girl under mysterious circumstances was solved when her brother confessed to the police that he had shot her dead for honour and threw her body in fields in Mashwani Elai area.

The Daggar police's investigation team had got two days physical custody of the accused, Gul Hassan, from a local court, and during interrogation, he confessed to the crime, the investigation team officials said, adding the accused would be presented in court of civil judge for recording his confessional statement on Monday (today).

According to police, the accused confessed that he had shot his sister dead for honour in Mashwani Elai on the morning of last Tuesday, after she had left home for eloping with their brother-in-law belonging to Nowshera.
