Man claims his daughter killed by in-laws.
MANSEHRA -- Father of a newly-wed woman, who was found dead along with her husband in her room on the first night of their marriage recently, has approached police, telling them that his daughter was poisoned to death by her in-laws.
'The in-laws of my daughter didn't allow police to carry out autopsy of her and her husband to conceal the facts about mysterious death of the couple,' Mohammad Riaz said in an application moved to the SHO city police station for lodging an FIR on Sunday.
Asima Riaz and Shahid Pervez were found dead on the first night of their wedding on Dec 17, and the family of the latter had said the deaths were caused by gas leak. They didn't allow police to carry out autopsy on both the bodies.
