Mahmood accuses federal govt of destroying economy.

PESHAWAR -- Chief Minister Mahmood Khan has said that the federal government is at the brink of collapse as it has lost on all fronts due to its incompetence and selfish policies.

According to a statement issued here on Wednesday, he said that the self-centered policies of the incumbent federal government devastated the national economy and made the life of people miserable.

The chief minister said that the Pakistani nation would have to make a crucial decision to play role in eradicating corrupt practices from politics in order to steer the country out of the prevailing political and economic crises.

He said that Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf was the only political party having representation of the federation and was striving for the rights of its citizens. He said that 14 political parties formed Pakistan Democratic Movement as a unified front against Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf.
