This is the first bail application filed by the applicants under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

The applicants are in custody since 11.08.15 in connection with Crime No. 584/15 registered at P.S. Ranjhi, District Jabalpur for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the M.P. Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the case. As per prosecution, 58.5 bulk liters of illegal country made liquor alleged to have been seized from the joint possession of the applicants. The applicants are in custody and trial would take considerable time to conclude, therefore, they be released on bail.
