Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The applicant is in custody since 9.8.2015 relating to crime No.231/2015 registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, District Bhopal for offence punishable under Sections 4, 5, 6 of Immoral Traffic Act, 1956 and Section 67 of I.T.Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a youth of 27 years of age, who has no criminal past alleged against him. Case is triable by the Court of Magistrate and therefore, it is not so grave. Sufficient time will be required for its disposal. The applicant cannot be kept in custody for an unlimited period. Under such circumstances, the applicant prays for bail.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, looking to the facts and circumstances of the case including the gravity of offence, without expressing any view on the merits of the case, I am of the view that application under M.Cr.C.No.14259/2015...
