LWMC dismisses 230 officials.

LAHORE -- The administration of the Lahore Waste Management Company on Tuesday took action against absent and work-thieving employees by dismissing 320 officials from service.

According to a notification, the services of 122 regular employees were also surrendered to the MCL.

'The carelessness in the matter of cleanliness of Lahore city will not be tolerated. In the last 3 months, so far, 750 employees have been dismissed from service for stealing work and taking long leaves without notice,' said Ali Anan Qamar, LWMC CEO in a statement.
