LWMC BoD chairman appointed.

LAHORE -- The Punjab government has appointed former Lahore Waste Management Company chairman Riaz Hameed Chaudhry as company's board of directors' chairman for another three-year term.

Mr Chaudhry was earlier appointed as LWMC BoD chairman in July last year and served for 10 months as the BoD's three-year tenure had expired on May 5. The Punjab government has revised the rules of all seven waste management companies working across Punjab and reduced the number of BoD members from 15 to 11.
