Load shedding hits Larkana after drizzle.

LARKANA -- After a drizzle in the wee hours of last night, electricity went off at 4 am in entire Larkana district despite laying of sealed cable system in most of the feeders which proved that Sepco employees intend to defeat the cable system to stop theft of electricity which will deprive them of illegal gratification and monthly extortion.

No Sepco engineer came out of his office to check the undeclared outage and direct his subordinate line staff to remove faults and restore electricity for the benefit of those meter holders who pay monthly bills regularly along with illegal extra charges charged in the name of detection bills to hide their massive corruption. It was restored in some areas after 8 hours and in other areas after 12 hours unannounced loadshedding.

Worst affected were the disposal machines which remained off due to which waste water was not drained out and sewerage drains continued to overflow in the streets causing huge problems for the commuters. Mosquito bites also hit hard all the citizens equally including little...
