LHC seeks detailed report from foreign ministry about Pakistanis in Iranian jails.

LAHORE -- Lahore High Court (LHC) has sought detialed reply from foreign minisry about Pakistanis in Iranian jails.

The case filed by Justice Project Pakistan in respect of Pakistanis in Iranian jails came up for hearing before the court of Justice Shahid Wahid.

Assistant director Iran and Turkey desk Saima Khan appeared in the court on behalf of foreign ministry.

Foreign minisry filed list of Pakistanis who are in Iranian jails.

The court ordered the foreign ministry to file detailed report on the steps taken for return of convicted Pakistani prisoners.
