LB member, cabbie gunned down in Lakki.

LAKKI MARWAT -- A local body member and a cabbie were killed in separate firing incidents here on Saturday.

A rescue official said Zeeshan Khan and Tufail Khan, residents of Nawerkhel village, and Nazaish, a resident of Zangikhel village, were shot and injured by their rivals over a petty dispute. He said the injured were taken to Government City Hospital, where Zeeshan, 24, was pronounced dead.

The official said the deceased was a member of Nawerkhel village council. The Lakki Marwat police registered a case against the attackers.

Meanwhile, body of a man, identified as Saeedullah, 24, belonging to Nar Hafizabad village of Bannu, was found from a hunting place along the Kurrum River near Wanda Khan Duran village of Dadiwala here.
