Lawyer murdered in house robbery.
OKARA -- A senior lawyer was allegedly murdered on Saturday night during a house robbery by five unidentified robbers who took away valuables, including 25 tola gold ornaments.
According to police, five unknown robbers forced their entry into the house of a senior lawyer, Mian Muhammad Amjad Wattoo, in Sakhi Saidan Colony on Saturday night.
When the lawyer offered resistance, the robbers overpowered him, hit his head repeatedly with a brick, and strangled him. The robbers then locked up the family members in a room of the house, looted cash and 25 tola gold ornaments and escaped. The family informed the police about the...
