Karachi -- Special Assistant to CM Sindh on Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Syed Qassim Naveed Qamar has said that there is a need to implement laws for differently abled people in letter and spirit as it has been observed that the laws have been made for differently abled people but they are not implemented. This he said while participating in discussion here in a local hotel in a National Conference on the issues of differently abled people. Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah, Mayor Karachi Wasim Akhtar , Commissioner Karachi, Secretary DEPD Khalid Chachar and other dignitaries also participated in the discussion.
