KU, CfC inks MoU to help create peaceful, compassionate society.

KARACHI -- The Department of Psychology at the University of Karachi (KU) and the Charter for Compassion Society of Pakistan (CfC) signed the memorandum of understanding (MoU) to create a vibrant, peaceful, and compassionate society through the creation of innovative programs, education, and training on compassionate thought and action.

As per the MoU, the CfC will provide internship opportunities to students enrolled in the department of psychology as well as provide them with volunteer opportunities in mental health camps for the on-ground experience.

The MoU has also put the department of psychology on the referral panel for Ruhbaru for clients who need extension counseling and psychometric testing for diagnosis while discounted rates for different certifications in clinical psychology for Ruhbaru counsellors.
