KP Minister Discusses Power Transmission License Issuance with NEPRA Chief.

PESHAWAR -- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Caretaker Minister for Industries, Commerce, and Technical Education, Dr. Aamir Abdullah, met with the Chairman of the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA), Waseem Mukhtar, in Islamabad on Monday.

The provincial minister was accompanied by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KP-EZDMC), Javed Iqbal Khattak, and the Head of the Power Department at KP-EZDMC, Aamir Marwat.

The meeting revolved around the issuance of an electricity transmission license for the Rashakai Special Economic Zone and other NEPRA-related issues concerning the provision of electricity to industrial zones. The minister urged prompt and appropriate measures for their resolution.
