KP govt moves SC to stop FIA probe of Peshawar BRT.

T h e Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government and Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) on Tuesday filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the Peshawar High Court's order, which directed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to probe alleged irregularities in the Peshawar Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project within 45 days.
