KP govt bearing all expenses of long march, claims PPP leader.

KOHAT -- Pakistan Peoples Party's provincial secretary information MPA Amjid Afridi has claimed that the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf government in Khyber Pakhtunkwa is bearing all the expenses of the long march of former prime minister Imran Khan.

Addressing a press conference here on Sunday, he declared the PTI government had brought the province on the brink of economic collapse as it had not even been able to pay salaries to its servants for last three months.

Mr Afridi alleged helicopter of the provincial government was at the disposal of Imran Khan and the provincial government was running his kitchen.

He insisted the people had rejected the anti-corruption narrative of Imran Khan and turning Pakistan into Madina state after his involvement in Toshakhana and prohibited funding cases was exposed.

ASSURANCE: The lawyers have assured a jirga from Waziristan district that nobody from the community would take up the case of the man accused of assaulting and killing a six-year old boy, namely Shehryar Wazir, last week.
