I RECENTLY had an opportunity to visit a K-Electric customer care centre in Malir for change of consumer name in the K-Electric bill. After almost four hours of wait I was finally provided a receipt.

This month an amount of Rs20,740 has been added to the bill, while consumer name has not been changed for which the whole exercise was done. Customer care and billing complaints emails provided six days to answer this query and asked me to visit the customer care for such matters.
