Kattas Raj Temple case: SC seeks report from enviornmental agency pertaining to water stealing.

Islamabad -- Supreme Court of Pakistan has sought report related to water pilferage from environmental protection agency in Kattas Raj temple Suo motto case.

A three-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Umar Atta Bandial took up the case for hearing on Wednesday.

During the course of hearing, Justice Ijaz ul Hassan inquired from DC Jhelum ' has it rained as much as water reserviour are being told to the court.

Upon it DC Jhelum said that apprently tube well water is not being misused as water meters are installed upon all tube wells.
