Kashmir tragedy.

EVER since the tragic death of George Floyd, a black American, at the hands of a white police officer who intentionally choked him to death in full public view, civil unrest has gripped the US and manyother countries protesting against police brutality.

This cold-blooded murder has shocked the world and exposed the blatant racism that lurks in America and many Caucasian countries in the West. The incident has also brought up the issue of how America which never tires of preaching human rights and democracy to the world, has trampled every law and infringed on every human right to realise its own imperialist designs.

Cuba, Chile, Nicaragua, Iraq, Libya, Iran, the list of nations who have suffered at the hands of this Goliath can go on and on. I have purposely refrained from mentioning China as it will raise hackles.

It is good that civil society has awakened in the US and the rest of the Western world to say that the world will not tolerate the police brutality that...
