KARACHI -- Karachi Kings retained Babar Azam, Mohammad Amir and Colin Munro in the Platinum category as all six franchises of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) on Tuesday finalized their retentions for the next edition of the league.

South African batsman Colin Ingram moves to the Diamond retention as ambassador alongside Imad Wasim and Usman Khan Shinwari.

Mohammad Rizwan and Ravi Bopara find their place in the Gold category for Karachi Kings.

Reigning champion, Islamabad United retained New Zealand's Luke Ronchi, Shadab Khan and Faheem Ashraf in the platinum category for the next season.

Runners-up in the last edition, Peshawar Zalmi after losing Mohammad Hafeez went with the pace duo of Wahab Riaz and Hassan Ali in their Platinum roster.

Now Zalmi will pick a foreign player from the platinum category at the draft meanwhile wicket-keeper batsman Kamran Akmal moves to Diamond as ambassador.
