Kamyab Jawan Programme signs MoU with UNFPA for cooperation in young people's health.

ISLAMABAD -- Prime Minister's Kamyab Jawan Programme on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) for cooperation in formulation and implementation of population development strategies.

The MoU aims at strengthening institutional mechanisms to integrate youth voices into national development policies and processes. According to a press release, Muhammad Usman Dar, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs said the cooperation would help a great deal in accelerating implementation of the National Youth

Development Framework, including the establishment of National Youth Foundation.

He said assistance from UNFPA will be instrumental in mobilizing technical assistance in constructing a new district representative youth developmental index.
