Japanese Navy ship visits Karachi, conducts drills with PN.

ISLAMABAD -- Japanese Maritime Self Defence Force (JMSDF) ship YUUGIRI has visited Karachi port, Pakistan Navy said yesterday. An impressive reception was arranged by the Pakistan Navy to welcome the JMSDF ship, wherein senior officials of the Pakistan Navy along with Defence Attache of Japan received the ship. A Pakistan Navy press release received here said that the Pakistan Navy and JMSDF enjoy longstanding cordial relations. Both the navies have been working together to ensure a safe and secure maritime environment in the region.
