Japan stocks lower; Nikkei 225 down 0.49pc.

Japan stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Paper and Pulp, Railway and Bus and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Tokyo, the Nikkei 225 fell 0.49 percent. The Nikkei Volatility, which measures the implied volatility of Nikkei 225 options, was unchanged to 14.19. Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.03 percent or 0.02 to $58.13 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.22...
