ISLAMABAD -- Islamabad High Court (IHC) has remarked is this message being given to the whole world that Pakistan is safe haven for the culprits.

IHC single bench led by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani took up for hearing the case pertaining to extradition of the international smuggler Ibrahim Koko to Thailand here Wednesday.

The court sought report from foreign ministry on extradition of Ibrahim Koko.

The court remarked during the hearing of the case interior secretary and foreign secretary will be summoned if report is not presented till January. Court be informed what action has been taken against the officers who had made fake documents.

The court inquired was the departmental action taken against officers of FIA and interior ministry who are involved therein.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked ' it is not comprehensible for me that how much the structure of government is fragile.
